Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.  
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.  
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.  
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, including BPJS and tax laws.  
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports.  
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.  
  • Coordinate with HR and finance departments for payroll-related issues. 
  •  Manage payroll software and systems.  
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.  
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.  
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role. 
  •  Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant laws, including Indonesian labor laws.  
  • Proficiency in payroll software commonly used in Indonesia, such as Talenta, Gadjian, or GreatDay.  
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.  
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  •  Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Certification in payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus
