Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, including BPJS and tax laws.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments for payroll-related issues.
- Manage payroll software and systems.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant laws, including Indonesian labor laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software commonly used in Indonesia, such as Talenta, Gadjian, or GreatDay.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus
