Head of Solution & Product Delivery

Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Analyst in client discovery sessions and solution proposals with the Sales team.
- Lead Solution Engineers in building custom applications.
- Collaborate with Project Managers during project delivery and lifecycle.
- Turn client needs into technical solutions using our analytics platform.
- Provide technical insights during client meetings and demos.
- Decide between product configuration or custom development for delivery.
- Share market and client feedback to shape product roadmap.
- Develop and mentor a strong team of Business Analyst and Solution Engineer.
- Set standards and best practice for solution design and delivery.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years in solution design, pre-sales, or technical consulting, preferably in data-driven or SaaS settings.
- 3+ years managing technical development teams.
- Proven succes in delivering solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience working with project managers on complex projects.
- Solid grasp of software development methods and best practices.
- Familiar with API integration and system architecture.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical ides to varied audiences.
- Strategic thinker who can align solutions with business goals.
- Skilled in project management and navigating complex challenges.
- Strong in building client relationships and leading teams.
- Customer-focused with a consultative mindset.
