UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing user journeys.
- Extensive experience conducting user research, usability testing, and transforming findings into user-focused design improvements.
- Proven ability to work within flexible development methodologies, including Agile and other structured workflows, adapting effectively to varying project needs.
- Experience designing for SaaS B2B products, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs and challenges of enterprise users and scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with and willingness to perform basic UX research tasks to support design decisions.
- Strong ability to plan and facilitate basic UX workshops to align teams and gather insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, demonstrating expertise in user-centered design processes.
- Majoring from Graphic Design/ IT/Comms or other Relevant Fields
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions, wireframes, prototypes, and case studies.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, communicating design decisions and rationale clearly.
- High adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and competing priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam as the primary design tools, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in design tools.
- Deep familiarity with building and maintaining design systems and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile UI standards, accessibility best practices, and responsive design principles.
