UI/UX Designer

Job Requirement:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications which helps end users achieve their goals
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and product improvements
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Work with development teams to ensure design vision is implemented accurately
- Design effective data visualizations and mapping interfaces that communicate spatial information clearly
Technical Requirement
- Experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and visual design skills
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into intuitive user interfaces
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
