Sales Admin

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Internal sales meetings and presentations
- Responding to customer inquiries via sales corporate whatsapp.
- Assisting Business Development Team to Create Minutes Meeting if needed.
- Arranging travel and accommodations for sales team members
- Filing sales reports administration (Reimbursement, Minutes Meeting, Weekly Meeting)
- Assist Business Development with Legal team for procurement or vendor registration
- Managing customer databases from Business Development team
- Providing general support to the sales team, including coordinating with other departments as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma degree any major
- 1 years of experience in Sales Administration
- Excellent in clerks (Docs; Excel; Powerpoint) and Communication Skill
- Proficient in English and presentation skill
