Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Internal sales meetings and presentations 
  •  Responding to customer inquiries via sales corporate whatsapp. 
  •  Assisting Business Development Team to Create Minutes Meeting if needed. 
  •  Arranging travel and accommodations for sales team members 
  •  Filing sales reports administration (Reimbursement, Minutes Meeting, Weekly Meeting) 
  •  Assist Business Development with Legal team for procurement or vendor registration 
  •  Managing customer databases from Business Development team 
  •  Providing general support to the sales team, including coordinating with other departments as needed 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma degree any major 
  • 1 years of experience in Sales Administration 
  • Excellent in clerks (Docs; Excel; Powerpoint) and Communication Skill 
  • Proficient in English and presentation skill
