Responsibilities:
  1. Process Optimization and Efficiency 
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product development and delivery. 
    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in product operations and propose actionable solutions. 
    • Standardize and document operational workflows to ensure consistency and scalability. 
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product launches and updates. 
    • Facilitate communication and alignment across departments to support product strategy and objectives. 
    • Lead cross-functional projects to drive product improvements and innovation.   
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making 
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of product operations. 
    • Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. 
    • Provide insights and reports to senior leadership on operational performance and product metrics. 
  4. Customer Focus and Feedback Integration 
    • Develop and maintain mechanisms to collect and integrate customer feedback into product development and operations. 
    • Ensure customer needs and feedback are consistently represented in product decisions. 
    • Collaborate with customer success and support teams to identify areas for improvement based on customer insights. 
  5. Scalability and Growth Management 
    • Develop strategies to scale product operations in line with company growth and market demands. 
    • Manage resources effectively to support scaling initiatives and increased demand. 
    • Implement tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and support growth.
  6. Leadership and Team Management 
    • Lead and mentor a team of product operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. 
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating their professional development and growth. 
    • Manage team performance, set clear objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews. 
  7. Technology and Tools
    • Evaluate, implement, and manage tools and technologies to support product operations.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to ensure the team is using the most effective technologies.
    • Train team members on new tools and processes to ensure smooth adoption and utilization. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role within a SaaS environment 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product development and lifecycle. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. 
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments 
  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members 
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and data analytics platforms
