  • Plan capacity of individual resource required by project/product development  
  • Help all squads by allocating all resources successfully collaborating with Scrum Master to ensuring and allocating the right engineering manpower required in squad level, and also in identifying overutilization/underutilization of resource.  
  • Help all squads by allocating all resources successfully collaborating with Strategic People Development to analyze and fulfill skill gap between existing skill and required skill by technology trends, customers’ needs or other specific requirements aligned to CTO strategy.  
  • Enhance Employee satisfaction, esp. Engineering members, keep them motivated and help them to achieve their career objectives.  
  • Work with Technical Program Manager to run development lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, support). 
  • Work closely with DevOps to maintain the application in our infrastructure 
  • Mentor junior developers to develop their skills 
  • Manage knowledge within the team in form of written documentation surrounding technical requirements, deployments, and post-mortems 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field (Senior Software Engineer) 
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript ES5/ES6 
  • Strong knowledge of web service concepts 
  • Experience with REST API, SOAP, GraphQL, and gRPC (is a plus) 
  • Experience with version control such as git and it’s best practice 
  • Experience with React framework in building modern Full Stack applications 
  • Experience with NestJS framework in building modern Back-End applications 
  • Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices such as TDD, continuous integration, code review, and microservices design patterns 
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, Kanban, and Scrum
