Chief Finance Officer

Job Requirement:
- Propose investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Supervise all finance team (finance, accounting, investor relations)
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
Technical Requirement
- Proven experience as GM Finance/Sr Manager/Head of Finance min 10 years or relevant role
- Fluent in Bahasa & English
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Min bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
