Business Development Manager (Partnership & Channel Development)

Responsibilities :
- Identify and Develop Partnerships and Channels:
- Research and identify potential partners and channels that align with our strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute partnership and channel strategies that drive business growth and market expansion.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations and manage the contract process with partners and channels to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Provide insights to inform partnership and channel strategies.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyse the performance of partnerships and channels. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership and channel initiatives.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on partnership and channel activities, performance, and outcomes for senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, channel development, business development, or a related role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and data.
- Proven track record of successful partnership and channel development.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
