Responsibilities :
  • Identify and Develop Partnerships and Channels: 
    • Research and identify potential partners and channels that align with our strategic goals.  
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.  
  • Strategic Partnership: 
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute partnership and channel strategies that drive business growth and market expansion. 
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Lead negotiations and manage the contract process with partners and channels to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Provide insights to inform partnership and channel strategies. 
  • Performance Monitoring:  
    • Track and analyse the performance of partnerships and channels. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Collaboration:  
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership and channel initiatives. 
  • Reporting:  
    • Prepare regular reports on partnership and channel activities, performance, and outcomes for senior management. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, channel development, business development, or a related role within the SaaS industry. 
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to analyse market trends and data. 
  • Proven track record of successful partnership and channel development. 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
