Agile Coach Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple, or individual projects, and their day-to-day role may include tasks such scheduling meetings, organising community events, formatting, maintaining issue logs and risk registers, taking minutes and reporting.
- Maintain systems for recording costs, timesheets, purchases, and expenses.
- Coordinate the collation of reports and produce summary reports and packs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among program managers, cross-functional teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Together woth Agile Coach monitor the organization’s program portfolio to ensure that programs deliver value, meet objectives, and contribute to the organization’s success.
- Maintain risks, actions, issues, change a,nd dependency registers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum education is Bachelor/S1.
- Minimum 2 years work experiences.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile team member, or in a related role is often beneficial.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, influence, and guide without direct authority.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence to understand team dynamics and individual needs.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with evolving Agile practices.
