Responsibilities:
  • Work across multiple, or individual projects, and their day-to-day role may include tasks such scheduling meetings, organising community events, formatting, maintaining issue logs and risk registers, taking minutes and reporting. 
  • Maintain systems for recording costs, timesheets, purchases, and expenses. 
  • Coordinate the collation of reports and produce summary reports and packs. 
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among program managers, cross-functional teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure program success. 
  • Together woth Agile Coach monitor the organization’s program portfolio to ensure that programs deliver value, meet objectives, and contribute to the organization’s success. 
  • Maintain risks, actions, issues, change a,nd dependency registers. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum education is Bachelor/S1. 
  • Minimum 2 years work experiences. 
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean). 
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile team member, or in a related role is often beneficial. 
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to lead, influence, and guide without direct authority. 
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence to understand team dynamics and individual needs. 
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with evolving Agile practices.
