Responsibilities :

Business Analyst (BA) serves as a key link between business need and technology solutions, ensuring that business objectives are effectively translated into functional, strategic, and data-driven insights. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying process inefficiencies, and recommending solutions that enhance business operations, efficiency, and profitability.  

  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and objectives. 

 

  • Recommend suitable solutions that align with client requirements while leveraging BVT’s existing products and capabilities. 

 

  • Develop detailed proposals and cost estimations based on client needs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with project goals. 

 

  • Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process by validating solutions against business requirements and ensuring successful implementation. 

 

  • Facilitate smooth project execution by effectively coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analysist in a consulting or IT company, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proficiency in business process analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Geospatial knowledge, including spatial data analysis, GIS platforms, and location-based analytics, is an advantage. 
  • An understanding of software development and integration is preferred.
