BVT Successfully Launches Latest Version of LOKASI Intelligence at BVT Tech Summit 2025

 

PT Bhumi Varta Technology (BVT) officially launched the latest version of its location analytics platform, LOKASI Intelligence 4.0, at the BVT Tech Summit 2025. Held at Ballroom B, AYANA Midplaza Jakarta, this annual conference carried the theme “Navigating the Future with Location Data.” 

Moderated by Ken Ratri Iswari, Founder & CEO of Geekhunter, the event brought together prominent speakers from various industries, including Hermawan Kristanto (Head of New Business Development, XLSMART for Business), Erwin Karya (Director, Ray White Commercial & Projects), Ivan Tigana (Director, JakLingko), Martyn Terpilowski (Founder & CEO, Bhumi Varta Technology), Rivan Harits (Head of Sales, Bhumi Varta Technology), Azby Lutfan (CTO, Bhumi Varta Technology), and Ismail Rashad (Business Analyst, Bhumi Varta Technology). 

The launch of LOKASI Intelligence 4.0 marks a significant milestone in BVT’s journey to strengthen Indonesia’s location analytics ecosystem while also paving the way for entry into global markets. This latest version is built on a fully modular system designed for international deployment. 

“LOKASI Intelligence 4.0 comes equipped with new features. Not only is it modular by design, but clients can also upload their own data, whether it’s sales data or data from internal applications directly into the system. This enables a seamless blend of client-owned and BVT datasets for more precise and insightful decision-making,” explained Martyn Terpilowski, Founder & CEO of BVT. 

By integrating internal data with BVT’s extensive datasets, businesses gain deeper, more holistic insights into their challenges and are empowered to make data-driven decisions. This enhanced capability helps businesses visualize their operational landscape more clearly and act with greater confidence. 

“The platform’s visualizations are fully customizable from layout to styling making it ideal for both internal analysis and stakeholder presentations. Users also have full control to set and adjust parameters according to their specific analytical needs,” added Azby Lutfan, CTO of BVT. 

LOKASI Intelligence 4.0 represents a complete overhaul from its predecessor, featuring major improvements in performance and flexibility to meet the demands of increasingly complex analytics. It is positioned as a comprehensive solution to support location-based decision-making, whether for business expansion, new branch selection, or detailed regional mapping.

At the same time, BVT also unveiled a robust ecosystem built in collaboration with strategic partners such as Ray White Indonesia, Telkom Property, Adhi Commuter Property, and XLSMART. These partnerships provide businesses with direct access to detailed property availability, including contact details of property partners, all within the LOKASI Intelligence platform. 

The collaboration with XLSMART enriches BVT’s dataset with telecommunications data, enabling businesses to track people movement trends in targeted areas. These strategic alliances significantly enhance the data landscape of LOKASI Intelligence, allowing businesses to plan expansions more efficiently and accurately. 

With this major upgrade, LOKASI Intelligence 4.0 is designed to support daily business operations, not just during periods of expansion or transformation, because day-to-day activities are often dynamic, just like location-based consumer trends. This makes continuous data monitoring essential for effective decision-making.
