Who You Are :

You’re a go-getter who loves building things from scratch. As one of Bvarta’s earliest members in Vietnam, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we grow in this market — no playbook, just opportunity

– Sales

  • Hunt for new sales opportunities and be the the one that bring Bvarta’s solutions to Vietnamese clients.
  • Understand client needs and match them with the right Bvarta products.
  • Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales on negotiations — learn, contribute, and close deals together.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make sure every client has a smooth experience.
  • Keep track of your pipeline and report progress regularly to the Head of Sales.

– Partnership

    • Scout and build strategic partnerships that help Bvarta grow faster in Vietnam.
    • Evaluate potential partners and figure out how we can create value together.
    • Nurture long-term relationships with partners and ecosystem players.
    • Sit at the table with the Head of Sales during partnership negotiations — your input matters.
    • Work with senior management to shape and execute Bvarta’s partnership strategy in Vietnam.
    • Track partner performance and keep the team updated on what’s working.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT or technology company.
  • Genuinely passionate about technology and data-driven solutions.
  • A natural communicator who can connect with people at all levels.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, build-it-as-you-go environment.
  • Familiar with the Vietnamese business landscape.
  • Passionate, genuine and honest
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
