Testing Engineer

Job Description:
- Understand business requirements to ensure proper development of test plans and test cases.
- Understand web and mobile applications and behaviors to perform testing accordingly
- Design functional and non-functional test plans and test cases for existing and new features of our products using modern test methodologies and techniques
- Ensure the deliverables meet the planned level of performance and comply with established quality standards
- Prepare, generate and manage test data and samples
- Identify application issues, track quality assurance metrics, prepare test report and recommend improvements
- Communicate and liaise with product teams and development teams in carrying out testing
Job Qualifications:
- 5 years or above experience in software development
- Hands on experience in software testing and SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodology
- In-depth understanding of web, mobile and cloud application software components and integration, their development approaches and processes, and design test approaches accordingly is a must
- Proven track record in developing and executing manual and automated test suites
- Script programming skills, knowledge and experience in SQL are essential
- Prior work experience with digital platform, big data, machine learning, etc. is an advantage
- Detail oriented, well organized and pro-active
- Self-motivated, able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment under minimum supervision
- Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa
