Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales team in supporting their proposals.
- Record any issues, note consistent problem and offer ideas to enhance technical products.
- To provide information based on customers requirements by making design, bill of material, configuration and sizing recommendation, scope of works, schedule and proposal.
- Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Geo or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Pre Sales/Product Specialist in IT Industry
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and good in administrative
- Having good knowledge about Geospatial technology
