Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Project coordination: Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Create and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder communication: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project status and any issues that arise. Manage client expectations, ensuring that the project meets or exceeds their requirements.
- Scrum master role (when applicable): Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and efficient project execution
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on the project timeline and deliverables.
- Project documentation: Define and document project scope and objectives. Clearly articulate the purpose, goals and expectations of the project through a comprehensive project charter and other required documents, starting from project planning to project closing.
- Corporate improvement: Continuously improve the SOP development and management process based on lessons learned and feedback received.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, related field
- 2 years in IT Project management or 3 years in general project management
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Able to create spreadsheet (e.g. Excel – intermediate to advanced) and presentation (e.g. PowerPoint – basic) for project reporting dashboard purposes.
- Basic knowledge of the industry (IT and software development), finance and HR (for Project Management purposes).
