  • Support the operation for product development, launching, monitoring, and assist the user/customer onboarding process.  
  • Support the documentation of product and project development on Jira and Confluence  
  • Coordinate with Product Manager, to monitor the product operational usages  
  • Create a report and present to Product development squad regarding product operational usages in weekly basis  
  • Maintain user satisfaction through feedback and solutions regarding users’ feedback and other inquiries. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum education is D3/D4 from any major 
  • Having experience 1 – 2 Years 
  • Good personality and emphatic.  
  • People-oriented, proactive, and communicative.  
  • Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
