Product Operational Support

Responsibilities:
- Support the operation for product development, launching, monitoring, and assist the user/customer onboarding process.
- Support the documentation of product and project development on Jira and Confluence
- Coordinate with Product Manager, to monitor the product operational usages
- Create a report and present to Product development squad regarding product operational usages in weekly basis
- Maintain user satisfaction through feedback and solutions regarding users’ feedback and other inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum education is D3/D4 from any major
- Having experience 1 – 2 Years
- Good personality and emphatic.
- People-oriented, proactive, and communicative.
- Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
