Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data collection for OKR and KPI regular updates  
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining OKR and KPI monitoring report  
  • Liasing with both structure and squad lead regarding manpower assignment and workload estimation  
  • Monitor manpower plan and provide suggestion in order to maximize assignment efficiency 
  • Prepare regular manpower plan report (chargeability; capacity vs workload)  
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure that project plans, schedules, reports, and other relevant documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to stakeholders  
  • Assist to conduct project audits, compliance reviews, and quality assessments to ensure project delivery aligns with organizational objectives  
  • Providing insight to identify, assess, and document project risks and issues and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies  
  • Analyse data and project information as basis for management decision making  
  • Develop tools for competency assessment and continuously monitor the progress 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, major in Information Technology, IT Business, Computer Science, Technology is preferable  
  • A minimum of 3 year’s experience as a PMO analyst, Business Process Improvement, Corporate Planner, Project Manager, or a similar role.  
  • Knowledge in program/project management, and delivery and implementation of large technology solutions  
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team and handle tight deadlines  
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Structured thinking 
  •  Advanced spreadsheet and workflow skills  
  • Attention to detail
