Responsibilities:
  • Do administration recruitment, promotion, rotation and demotion process according to company needs. 
  • Manage administration related to HR, such as: cover letters, assignment letters, overtime orders, attendance, etc. 
  • Recap data in GA   
  • Building maintenance office 
  • Attention to and organize stationery, facilities and other infrastructure for employees 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum education is Bachelor/S1 from Psychology or Anybackground with 1 years experience as HRGA Intern 
  • Understand flow of HRGA Function 
  • Good understand in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, and Excel) 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Great organizational and time management skills 
  • Attention to detail
