Responsibilities:
- Do administration recruitment, promotion, rotation and demotion process according to company needs.
- Manage administration related to HR, such as: cover letters, assignment letters, overtime orders, attendance, etc.
- Recap data in GA
- Building maintenance office
- Attention to and organize stationery, facilities and other infrastructure for employees
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum education is Bachelor/S1 from Psychology or Anybackground with 1 years experience as HRGA Intern
- Understand flow of HRGA Function
- Good understand in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, and Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
