Responsibilities :
  • Identify and Develop Partnerships and Channels.
  • Research and evaluate potential partners aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Support the BD team by taking meeting minutes when needed.
  • Collaborate with senior management on planning and executing partnership and channel strategies.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners to ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Conduct market research to spot trends, opportunities, and competition.
  • Track and analyze partner/channel performance using clear metrics and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and customer teams for smooth execution.
  • Report regularly on partnership and channel progress to the Head of Sales and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in partnership development, channel development, or business development within the SaaS and/or IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships and channels.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excelent commucintaion and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Solid ability to analyze market trends and data.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate within teams.
