Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities :
- Identify and Develop Partnerships and Channels.
- Research and evaluate potential partners aligned with company goals.
- Maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders.
- Support the BD team by taking meeting minutes when needed.
- Collaborate with senior management on planning and executing partnership and channel strategies.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Conduct market research to spot trends, opportunities, and competition.
- Track and analyze partner/channel performance using clear metrics and KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and customer teams for smooth execution.
- Report regularly on partnership and channel progress to the Head of Sales and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in partnership development, channel development, or business development within the SaaS and/or IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships and channels.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excelent commucintaion and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Solid ability to analyze market trends and data.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate within teams.
